1. Introduction
Welcome to Airport Transfero. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a ride.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, mobile app, or customer service hotline.

  • A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including pickup location, destination, and flight information.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Fares are based on distance, time, and vehicle type selected.

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, online transfer, or cash (if applicable).

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra luggage, or special requests.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellations are allowed if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Pickups & Waiting Time

  • Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the scheduled pickup location. Beyond this period, additional waiting charges may apply.

  • For airport pickups, a grace period of 45 minutes is provided from the flight landing time.

  • If the customer is unreachable after the waiting period, the ride will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Customers must comply with local traffic laws and regulations.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings; we are not liable for lost or misplaced items.

7. Driver Responsibilities

  • Drivers will be punctual, courteous, and professionally trained.

  • Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if passengers display rude or unsafe behavior.

  • In case of unexpected delays due to traffic or weather conditions, customers will be notified promptly.

8. Liability & Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the booked service and does not cover indirect losses.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and ensure that personal information collected during booking is protected and not shared with third parties.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on our official website.
